I've been lurking for a while using the no pull-up bar excuse; finally made one

Day One:
L1 D1: 38 Rounds

More difficult than I had thought. Though it's hard to believe I got 38 pull ups in, or did 76 push ups.

Same excuse i used for almost a year :P

38 are a lot, you should try some higher level

I would move up to level 4 or 5.

Thanks for the advice. I might try moving up later but I'm a heavy guy, 230 at 5'10" so, I don't think (I know) I can't string more than five or six pull up together.

It's the day three pull-ups that scare me.

Fair enough. They are scary.
But, you don't need to do them all at once.
Breaking, say, Level 4's 20 pull-ups into sets of 5 or 6 (or 1 or 2), is perfectly acceptable. (I don't know if anyone does the Day 3 pull-ups in one set. It is possible, but woah.)

Again harder than expected 3:29

Strangely enough it was the push ups that gave me the most difficulty
