L1 D2 (4/18/2010):
5 rounds for time - 2 pull ups, 6 push ups, 10 squats
Begin: 10:15:00 am
End: 10:21:50 am
Total: 6 minutes 50 seconds
Total: 10 pull-ups, 30 push-ups, 30 squats
I had to do the last 2 push ups on my knees. I'm still using the chair for pull up assistance. Overall, great workout - even though a little sore from D1.
So far, so good. Now to just get my diet in check!
