I've known cheapo for a long time an finally decided to jump in this. I said many times in the past I would and now I am actually going through with it. I've never done any sort of gym exercise or fitness plan of any kind before.
I'm 27, 6'2 ~150lb, generally speaking, a vegetarian at that. My goal is to improve my diet even more, put on a few lbs and increase my strength and fitness levels. I've always been pretty active aside from the last year where I didn't play soccer last summer, didn't XC ski over the winter and feel mostly like a blog these days. Day 1 proved it.
L1 D1 - 12 reps.
Seems pretty low to me. I took probably more rest than needed between exercises and I got interrupted twice. I wanted to ease into it. I started off with dead lift pull ups and ended up doing the remaining 9 from a standing start and holding at the top for a second.
I honestly thought I'd do better than this, it's motivation to try harder.
