RR1= 5 min warm up + 3 * [ 15s sprint + 1 min jog] + 5 min cool down.

norman, WOW great progress. and great sticktoitiveness :roll: . i have just begun this program and cant wait for day two. i accually have to keep talking myself out of working out. who da thunk :?

you make it look easy, i know its not. way to go. keep it up :lol:

Norman, I noticed you were running al la Keith's plan and decided to do the same but did it first followed by SIMPLEFIT. Wow it killed me. I think it will make a huge difference in endurance. I'll let you know.

ROB: thanks ! Yes, that's my main goal, I try to stick to it as much as I can. The rest will follow.

CAPTAIN: these running workouts are very difficult, I couldn't do the strength part afterwards. BUT I can confirm they help a lot with endurance during the strength workout. I did L5D2 yesterday and I remember the first time I did this level I was completely out of breath whereas this time I wasn't (doesn't mean it's easy though :) ). The most difficult running I did was the 15sec sprint based one (last one). Whoa :twisted: . But I really like full speed sprints.

I did chinups, pullups, and 'mixed grip's.
I didn't 'pre-program' my time per round as I've been doing lately.
