pullups were : 6 pullups + 2 * 2 'mixed' pullups. With much shaking of arms and shoulders during the tiny pauses....

Can't help thinking you should be on L2 (if not L3) after your L1D3: 1min55s.

Any reason you're sticking on L1?

I want to avoid moving up the levels too fast, because it didn't work (for me !) in the past. So I thought maybe I could stay on a level while I make progress ( at D1, or D3).

We'll see ! The important thing is that I keep working out.

i agree with your view that one shouldn't move up too fast norman, but geez, with rounds and times that you are posting, you're seriously wasting your time on L1!
move up!!!!
