Yeah, but that's 6 rounds less than last week, that's what I meant. Not that I really care, my level of energy fluctuates, besides I'd done L2D3 the day before.
And last week I'd just seen "Bronson" and I somehow used that to psych myself up

pushups and squats : in one go

you did l2d3 in 2:01! to put this in perspective, my pr is 7:45. Please tell me that you're moving up!
Unless your goal is to get through it with no substitutions on the pullups...

yes I was pleasantly surprised by the number of pullups I did in one go this time.
I'm fine with the pullups/chinups/mixed substs. For pushups I do some variation too : diamond, wide, close, ... Only squats are identical throughout the workout.
Regarding your score : I'm not a real newbie
And, yes, I'm moving up. The 2 pullups at D1 are going to be painful

04AUG2009-L3D1: 25 rounds
...tired again during the workout, oh well.
Pullups were quite difficult but it was more an overall lack of energy or something.
I used my usual pullups mix.

I just got a nice surprise
25 rounds at L3 is actually my personal best
It's also pretty clear I didn't work long enough on L3 seeing that my L4D1 PR > L3D1 PR ...

Vacation time is weird, ...you think you're going to train in excellent conditions, and well .... time flies. I've done plenty of swimming, running, etc but, alas, no simplefit.
Besides I've managed to catch a nasty cold in sunny Spain. Go figure.
Anyway, I'll do my L3D3 this week.

wow, that was brutal ...
Pullups were mixed as usual. 2 pauses for the push ups, none for squats.
I'll rest until next monday and will keep at L3 for now.
