Thank you Kevin !

08MAY2007-L4D3 : 4min44s

I struggled once again (surprise) with the pullups. I started with 2*5, but then had to complete with series or one or two pullups... I should have tried with series of four maybe.

Pullups took me close to three minutes I think...

Have fun !

10MAY2007-L5D1 : 20 rounds

My goal was 20, I made it just in time...

5 pullups for L5D2 rounds, and 26 (!) for L5D3... wow.

I am secretely hoping my pullups will dramatically improve one of these days :)

Have fun !!

Hi Kevin, yes I went back to a week of Level 1 some weeks ago and next week I'll do that again, possibly with Level 2...

I have the same problem as you with moving up these levels. The pull-ups on day 3 take the majority of your time.

I am afraid completing higher levels is going to take longer and longer...

Level 4 took me two weeks to complete. But the good news is that no so long ago I wrote this :

Now I wonder how Day 2 can be done under 5 min from Level 5, or even Level 4 with good form !?

Now it is clear to me that it is feasible. So it's a matter of patience, let's keep at it !

Sheesh....

My pullups bar is broken... One of the sides wouldn't rotate anymore but I tried anyway ... so I fell on my knees (ouch) on my second round of L2D2.

So I only get to do the stretching part today ? Oh well :?

O man be careful at least you were not doing inverted pull ups. The door gym is really good and allot more stable I think.

Hey, thanks guys for the advice. It looks like they only sell the crappy version here, and I didn't want to wait too long so I bought another one.

I will look for signs of wear and avoid hurting myself next time :)

I managed to do 5+5+3 pullups. It helped with overall duration...

I will go back to Level 5 next week.

Have fun !!
