Norman's Log

Thank you !
Hi Kevin, thank you, I appreciate !
I just realised that I average only 30 minutes of workout per week
This was my 27th workout, it is the first time I maintain a program that long.
Obviously the short duration of the workout explains why I was able to be persistent.
Furthermore, progress is obvious, it suffices to read my log.
So in summary, thanks again Kevin for a great program !

hmm it looks like I have reached a plateau of some sort
So I will just reproduce Bri3626's great quote here :
"Permanence, perseverance and persistence in spite of all obstacles, discouragement, and impossibilities: It is this, that in all things distinguishes the strong soul from the weak”
~Thomas Carlysle

I am still sweating from my workout and *boom* I get the coach's reaction
I am not saying it was easy
Thanks again for your help !

I need to keep this in mind. I think I go too far sometimes...Try making the rest between each mini set longer, up to 3 min. Do not go to failure stay way under.
I am doing a mixed grip, one up one down, rotating after each pause.Which one is the hang push or pull?
Five. How many reps do you do at a time?
You know what ? I read that, asked my own personal coach for support and managed to do ten real pullups ( palms down) in a row. I actually amazed myself herewhat is your max?

I am not saying it was easy

Thanks again for your help !

pullups in sets of 3 almost until the end.
pushups in 4 sets.
squats in 2 sets.
Most of the time was spent on pullups as usual...
I am going to try and go slower to avoid 'burning' myself at each workout.
