Hi Kevin, thank you, I appreciate !

I just realised that I average only 30 minutes of workout per week
This was my 27th workout, it is the first time I maintain a program that long.
Obviously the short duration of the workout explains why I was able to be persistent.
Furthermore, progress is obvious, it suffices to read my log.

So in summary, thanks again Kevin for a great program !

I hope I can get back to my regular workout soon. Work has prevented it these days.

Wow, I am tired these days, I did my workout anyway :

03JUN2007-L5D3:7min48s

This was my 30th workout :D

I will be keeping in mind this advice from Kevin in the future :

--Try not to go to failure in any set--

Have fun !

hmm it looks like I have reached a plateau of some sort :)

So I will just reproduce Bri3626's great quote here :

"Permanence, perseverance and persistence in spite of all obstacles, discouragement, and impossibilities: It is this, that in all things distinguishes the strong soul from the weak”

Lets see how you do with day 2 and 3 then look at some possible strategy's be sure to note how you break the sets and any other details you think are important.

Thank you for your help Kevin !

Roughly : 10 seconds for pullups, 15 seconds for pushups, and 25 for squats.

I felt better today.

Man Norman I was looking at your logs and you have made extreme progress very very impressive.

Try making the rest between each mini set longer, up to 3 min. Do not go to failure stay way under.

Which one is the hang push or pull?
How many reps do you do at a time?
what is your max?

Hi Kevin, wow that's one great coach we have !!

I am still sweating from my workout and *boom* I get the coach's reaction :D

Try making the rest between each mini set longer, up to 3 min. Do not go to failure stay way under.

I need to keep this in mind. I think I go too far sometimes...

Which one is the hang push or pull?

I am doing a mixed grip, one up one down, rotating after each pause.

How many reps do you do at a time?

Five.

what is your max?

You know what ? I read that, asked my own personal coach for support and managed to do ten real pullups ( palms down) in a row. I actually amazed myself here :D

I am not saying it was easy :P

Thanks again for your help !

My wife does gpp stuff and loves it, but she does it at a boot camp for the whole social aspect I have been trying to get here and some of her friends to do simplefit but so far no luck LOL.

09JUN2007-L5D3:6min43s

pullups in sets of 3 almost until the end.
pushups in 4 sets.
squats in 2 sets.

Most of the time was spent on pullups as usual...

I am going to try and go slower to avoid 'burning' myself at each workout.
