L4/D3: 5 minutes, 34 seconds.

I did my best and it was tough. Those pullups got me. I was able to do 8 straight, and then I started doing one at a time with short rests in between.

I did 20 pushups straight, then 10, 6 and 5.

I did my 41 squats straight through.

This next week I will have to work hard and get myself past D3. I like the challenge.

Rest Week:

L2/D3: 2:49.

I am going back to Level 4 this week. I hope I can beat it this time.

My son is going to do Day 3 of Level 5 tomorrow. I think he can do it.

L4/D2: 54, 51, 52, 48, 50, for 4 minutes 15 seconds.

This is my best so far on Day 2 at this level. My pullups felt easy. I will see if I can pass Day 3 though.

L4/D3 - from Yesterday: 4 min, 52 seconds.

I did it, but just barely. Quite challenging. My last pullup was just barely over the bar.

On to level 5. I think it's going to take me several weeks to pass that level.

L5/D1: 23 rounds

That was a beating. That one extra pullup per round did me in. I was fine with the pushups and squats, but the pullups are a killer. I don't think this was a bad start though.

That comes out to 69 pullups, 115 pushups, and 184 squats.

Tuesday, July 20th: L5/D2: 62, 62, 58, 57, 55, for a total of 4 minutes, 54 seconds.

Today, July 22nd: L5/D3: 6:11

I was pretty happy with my result of 6:11 for my first crack at L5. I am getting through my pullups better, but it's still hard for me to get over 10 straight without having to starting doing 2 at a time, then 1 at a time.

L5/D1: 26 rounds

I beat my last week's first attempt at Level 5 by 3 rounds. I think this is very good since I was exhausted from painting and moving furniture all day yesterday. I really should have skipped today and done this tomorrow, but I wanted to get to it.

L5/D2: 55, 58, 55, 56, 56, for a total of 4 minutes 40 seconds.

I beat last week's time by about 10 seconds.

You are making great progress. Are you taking any photos or measurements to document it?

Yes, I am taking photos only so far. I haven't had the nerve to post them, but I will soon. I mainly do like you do and take photos after Day one, since that's the day that you really get pumped up.

L5/D3: I didn't hit the stopwatch correctly on my Blackberry, and didn't realize it until I finished the exercise. I felt really good about it today too, but not sure if I completed it in 5 minutes. So, I will stay with Level 5 one more week.
