This is a PR for me for level 5. However, it seemed extremely hard today. My last four sets were difficult, especially the pullups. I had to do some kipping in order to complete them.
08-03-10 - L5/D2 - 55, 53, 56, 54, 55, for a total of 4 minutes, 33 seconds.
08-06-10 - L5 D/3 - 5:43 - This was about 30 seconds less than last time. So I am improving. The pullups still get to me after about 10-13 of them. They take most of my time.
That beat my best by 1 round. Mary and I are now doing some heavy weight lifting each week, so we will only being doing Day 1 of whatever level we are on, and doing Day 3 to test probably once per month.
