Day 1 - Monday 21 2010

I cycle about 12 miles to and from work and have been doing various push up and pulls ups but found this and thought I'd give it a try as I like the idea of being more structured.

1 Pull-up
2 Push-ups
3 Squats

37 rounds in 20 minutes - feeling hot!
