I found this site via marksdailyapple.com. Here are my first week results.
D1 25 rounds
Am i ready for Level 2 or should i stay on Lv1 for another week ?

you are more than ready to move on. the test to move on is if you can do D3 in under 5 minutes. If you did it in half that time you are probably capaple of doing better than l2. I would suggest trying L3
