L4, D2: 3:51

Halfway through I thought I was gonna be writing that this wasnt much harder than the earlier levels,
but on the last set I really had to struggle to get up the last pull up.

Feeling some major gorillapump right now!

Nice work Slacke. Doesn't look like you're going spend anymore time on L4. Good luck with D3.

L4 D3: 6:29

Had a floorball tournament last weekened, 3 games on saturday + 3 games on sunday, which left me completely exhausted and turned this into an unplanned rest week.
Never got around to doing day three from last week though so chucked it in here instead, still felt quite stiff all over though so not sure how much I should factor in todays time.

L4, D1: 24 rounds

Back on track at last.
Half way through though I decided to start alternating in chin ups every other set which probably was the reason that I managed to squeeze in two more rounds than I did on the first week at this level.

L4, D1: 27 rounds

Managed to squueze in a couple more rounds again this week.
Still alternating chinups/pullups every other set but that feels like a good thing since it lets me get in a bigger total amount of work
while spreading around the effort on some more muscle groups.

L4, D1: 27 rounds

Feels good to be back on track again!
Got sick with some kind of flu and been laid up for two weeks, well one week in bed and an extra gathering strength to get started again...
Thought I would have lost more so happily surprised to be able with todays numbers,
