Hi,

I did simplefit two years ago and stopped at level 3. Now I have not done any exersice for over a year and gone up 15 kg. So now I decided to start over
wiht simplefit program.

This time I am going to log my progress.

I have modified the simplefit program to not use levels. Instead I will increment repetitions according to below.

Day 1 Do as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
If I do more than 20 rounds, the exersice that is the bottleneck get one repetition added per round.
If I do less than 20 rounds I will increment the exersices that are not the bottle neck if I feel it is possible.

Day 2 Do 5 sets untimed..
Do 5 sets with same repetions each set. Keep repetitions so that I can do this.

Day 3 Right now I can not complete level 1 in 5 minutes. So keep as is. Except that I do sqauts as many as possible
in one set.


Thursday 18/8 2010.
Day 3:
Pull-ups 10 (3-1-1-1-1-1-1-1) 4:15
Push-up 21 (16-4-1)
Squat 30

Total Time 6:15

Sunday 22/8

D1. 1 chin-up, 3 push-ups, 4, squats.
Did 21 rounds.

Plan to stay at same level next week.

Tuesday 24/8

Week 2. Day2

5 rounds of 2 chins, 8 push-ups, 13 squats.

Thursday 26/8

Week 2. Day 3.
10 chins (3-2-2-1-1-1) 2:50
21 push-ups (18-3)
35 Squats (35)

Total time; 5:10

Sunday 29/8

Week 3. Day 1
25 rounds of 1 chins, 2 push-ups, 4 squats.
Stopped at 19:20.
