So, here it goes!
I'm a 24 years old, 172cm and 72Kg, and i live on the metric side of the planet, so i don't understand much of the imperial system.
I've been looking at SF for halve a year or so, but have been struggling my motivation!
I'm not fat, weak or totally out of shape, but since i quited the Norwegian army my body has changed a bit :P so i want to get back in the "army shape" without the screaming or running all day!
So here we are: L1D1 41 round is 20 min,
All pullups were done correctly same with pushups and squats.
