have started logging to a sheet of paper near my pullup bar - so i'm not posting here regularly - still at this weekly. have started timing day 2s for the hell of it

no squats on day 1 - I injured my back snowboarding - but could still do upper body

D2: 4:48 (can't remember with or without squats?)
