Completed in 4:08... Forgot to warm up though, d'oh; it's going to hurt a bitch tomorrow!!

Thanks for the warm welcome. Things are looking up!! Didn't manage to complete all 3 days of level one because my girlfriend returned from 8 weeks in South America which kinda put a hold on things. However, I started on level 2 today to test myself and attempt to pitch where my current level is. No idea what is expected of this level so if anyone wants to offer advice that would be cool...

32 rounds for L2D1 is quite good - you should break 5 min's on D3.
