Hehe! Lvl 5 was my goal for the year. And I'm happily there a few weeks early. It's VERY hard going at the moment, so I think maybe in Feb sometime I'll be looking towards Lvl 6 (plus party seasons might ruin a few otherwise good weeks).
I am concentrating on form now and making sure I come all the way to a dead hang between pulls / varying the grip for pulls and pushes, taking squats nice and slow. Now that the big/easy muscles can keep up I'm making sure the supporting cast get some action and some time to build.
Well, that's my plan! What's yours?
