So after getting arrested I decided it was time for some changes. Of many, fitness was one. This is honestly the first time I've committed to a regular workout routine. I've been riding my bike to and from work for the past two weeks, and now I'm starting the simplefit regime as well.

L1D1 -
Paced myself at 1 round a minute. Managed to do all 20, using a box to assist with the pullups. Barely made it, but I'm noticing 20 rounds is common the first time around.
