L1D1(w/pull-up substitute) - 35 rounds.

I don't have a pull-up bar yet but I can only do 1 pull-up usually. I used my kitchen table to do body rows. Not sure if that's the way to do them but I definitely felt it! Maybe if I keep this up I can actually do pull-ups by the time I get a pull-up bar. Any recommendations for one that won't tear up the walls/doorframe?

Hi Lisa!
It's my first day, too. I'd recommend an "Ironman" pull-up bar. It's the kind that hooks over your door frame with no permanent installation required. I got mine at Target for @ $25. Of course, the next day I saw them at Wal-Mart for $19!
