Same as last week. It probably has something to do with eating like crap during the holidays. The last 2 weeks have shown only marginal improvement. I got on my scale and it said, "One at a time, please." :oops:

Okay, okay... I decided to quit timing D2's. I just did it slowly while concentrating on form. If I have a clock I'll try to beat it, so it seems better to use this day for form improvement instead of time improvement.

Week 6:
L5D3=7:35

Weird... went through pull-ups pretty quickly, but push-ups became a real struggle. The most I managed in one set was 18. That's 8-9 fewer than usual. Hmm. Neck strain returning, but not as bad.

My rest week I may avoid push-ups and pull-ups completely to see if it helps. I'll do tabatas with a kettlebell instead.
