to start
rep max pull ups ~ 18

supported squats x 20
knee tucks x 20
wall push ups x 20 (fingers)
pull ups x 10

x 5/6 sets or 30 minutes - trying not to have any rest unless just before pull ups (30secs - 1 min)

flat knee raises x 20
short bridges x 20
dips x 10
inclined push ups x 15

x5/6 sets or 30 minutes. no rest

rep max pull ups ~ then finish


any ideas?

i try to do this on a daily basis

did a 10km run in 45 minutes at the gym due to bad weather conditions outside.

my feet are killing me. i hate running in minimalist/barefoot on treadmills. i hate treadmills. breathing is so difficult and its so damn noisy.

did 3x above set. before i decided to give up.

will probably continue again in the evening. just without pullups. no pull up bar at home :(

was doing the work out when i got distracted by a foam roller, and then went and did some stretches/massages on the foam roller for about 30 minutes. legs feel fucking great now.

totally psyched to run tmr. the weather has FINALLY gotten better.
