Male (Minneapolis Area) , 43 yo, 5'8", 33in waist, 178 lbs. Decent shape. (I would guess between 10-20% BF). I could stand to lose another 10-20 lbs and add some more muscle. I've lost a lot of weight over the last 2 years (I was 265 lbs as recently as 12/2008---you can change your life fairly quickly. (265 is not a typo).
I like to try a new workout program every 90-180 days.
Discovered Simplefit at Mark Sisson's site. I like to keep things simple, so I'll give it a try. Seems like a cool idea: You, pull up bar and gravity, that's all you need.
