Wanted to try this Crazy 8 bodyweight 300 cardio circuit by Craig Ballantyne.

2x the following:

1. 60 Jumping Jacks
2. 20 Spiderman Pushups
3. 20 Lunges
4. 20 Spiderman Climbs
5. 60 seconds Wall Squat
6. 60 seconds Planks
7. 5 Burpees
8. 50 High Knees

60 seconds rest in between rounds.

18:37 total time. 8:14 first round, 9:21 second round

Rx is 3 rounds. It definitely gets you winded. And I'm pretty sure I'm going to feel this one in my core tomorrow.


2 July

Dumbbell Bear:
Every min for 20 mins
5 deadlifts
5 cleans
5 thrusters

Started with 8 kg dumbbells but had to switch to 6 kg dumbbells after 5 mins. Tough. After 10 mins, switched to starting on the even mins and added 5 pullups.

Yoga

24 rounds. Started off doing 1 round every 40 seconds. At around the 10 minute mark, I was doing a round every 1 minute. Next time I'll just do a round as fast as I can. Probably left 3 rounds on the table trying to pace them.

Attempted Murph. Got crushed.

1 mile run

15 squats

1 mile run.

Only did 10 rounds. Around round 7 I was doing single pull-ups and sub-sets of 5 push-ups and squats. This is definitely a workout I'll work up to and try again. 45 mins just to do 1/2. WOW.

Mine are always broken up. Typically something like 4-2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 etc.

Back in the US for 2 weeks. 26 hours travel day yesterday.
