I have taken Cheapo's advice. And moved down to level 2 with no assistance with the pullups

FLU FOR A WEEK - it hit me hard (its supposed to be a rest week anyway right?)

15 Sets - the last sets pull ups felt a lot easier than last week.
I am also doing Ab Ripper X from p90x workouts. I do these workouts Monday Wed and Fri, then the ab workout Tues, THurs, Sat.
Will keep posting logs when I remember :-)
How do I know when to try level 3?
