Level 1 to Level 5 is a big jump! But, based on your Day 1 Level 1 result, I'd say you made the right move.

Good luck with the program!

I like the program and I publicize it where appropriate, but I didn't create it. It was created by Kevin Mckay, the Admin.

L5D3 11:53

Think that warrants a second Level 5 week.

Last night was a redo for L5D1. Should have waited a bit after eating to start but time would not allow. There was an increase however.
20 total rounds in 20 minutes. Hopefully the increase in performance will carry over to days 2 and 3..

L5D2-
Take 2 for l5d2, total time came to 7:09. Shave off a bit of time there. Feeling better with this level, squats are just a killer. Traditional workout tonight and follow that Tuesday night with L5D3.

L6D2
Total time for 5 rounds is 9:02. Not to good according to my times compared to those on the fit log.
Last nights workout was a deck o' card parallette bar workout. Static handstand, pushups, l-sits and dips. I would say it ended up being about 25 cards total. Few days to look forward to D3 but I believe I will be sticking on level 6 for a bit.

L6D3
10:07 grand total. I plan to continue on with Level 6 for some time until I get a bit more proficient. The time was, however, better then my L5D3 so I feel pretty good about that.
Last nights workout was parallette bars, although it was more handstand practice then workout but I also threw in L-sits and l-sits to handstand. Fairly light so I felt pretty good going into tonight.
Oh well..back to day one.

You're free to pick your level, but the program is designed around the idea that you move up a level when you can complete Day 3 of your current level in less than 5 minutes.
