Ok, well I am usually not to good at these logs but here goes.
I am 54, 6' 212lbs. Been on a primal diet for about 3 months and have lost 20lbs. 3 months ago I could only do 1.5 pullups, byt the second month I was doing 6.
So now I found this site and routine, sounds good.
L1D1 25 rounds
Probably not good but I was surprised. All pullups were normal which surprised me even more. PU and squats are not the problem right now.
On to D2.

I started out kinda slow but then realized it was for time and sped up...LOL 5 rounds 3:44
Not sure how that is supposed to be, did all Pullups normal.
