Hello Simplefitters!

I haven't seriously worked out since late 2010 and have decided to get back into it. I actually came across Simplefit several years ago, but decided to go with another bodyweight routine at the time. Now I'm back and am ready to kick some butt!

Age: 32
Weight: 190 lbs
Height: 6 ft

Here we go...

L1D1 - 17 rounds

Took it pretty easy, but will likely be SORE for the next workout. Can't wait!

L1D2 - 4:16

Extremely sore today. Was going to push this workout until tomorrow, but glad I didn't. Will finish out the week and then on to level 2.

Well that didn't go as planned...

L1D3 - 6:55

The pullups did me in. Figured I could do sets of 4-3-3. Ended up doing 4-2-1-1-1-1. Left me with absolutely nothing left for pushups. Squats were ok, no problems there.

Might be at Level 1 for much longer than I thought...

L1D1 - 22 rounds

Improvement upon last week. Could have done a few more rounds but my pullups started to fail at the 18 minute mark.

Ugh! Tough to jump into day 3 after three full days off. Felt like I was gonna hurl after!

Great workout! Almost a full minute faster than last week.

I actually feel strong. Something that I never really felt when working out with weights in the past. I'm also noticing quite a visual improvement the last few days when looking in the mirror.
