Nailed it today. It was a great workout and it looks like the extra rest days paid off.

Pretty happy with my time, considering that my upper body completely shut down half-way through the pushups. Should be able to get much closer to 5:00 next time.

Attempted L3D2 today, but had to cut it short after 3 rounds. Had some issues with my left elbow while doing pushups. Better to stop and rest up, rather than risk injury.

I ended up being sick last week and took the rest of the week off. I'm dropping down to Level 1 to get back into the swing of things.
