Started running recently and was looking for some strength training to complement that. Need to drop about 20lbs...

Level 1, Week 1
Day 1: 15 sets
Day 2: 7:10
Day 3: 5:40

Level 1 Week 2
Day 1: 20 sets
Day 2: 5:12
Day 3: 4:45

Moving on to level 2!

Level 2 Day 3: 6:38 (subbing 3 lat pulldowns for 1 pullup since it was 100* out)

So close to levelling up! Hopefully this week will be it for me.
