Sun: day off
Mon: L4D1, 20 rounds
Felt gassed after 8 or so rounds, paced myself the rest of the time. That was a big drop from last week (26), think maybe I was just dehydrated, but felt like crap. Will see how the rest of the week goes, was hoping to beat this level this week, maybe need some more time.
Finished off with 5 sets of 20lb DB curls to shoulder press.
