Yes I'm pretty sure it's one of those. I'm thinking more likely number 1, at the bottom.. where it attaches to the leg.

Ice works wonders, try 20 min of ice several times a day really speeds recovery.

Thanks for the advice guys, it is a LOT better today. I can lift my leg with only a minor amount of discomfort. Huge difference. I seriously thought I tore the tendon off yesterday. It's a good thing I'm young, I heal like Wolverine haha.

Just goes to show you, warm up and STRETCH.

Hey -

Do you have OnDemand - cable TV?

If you do - the football stretch program in the Exercise category is great!

No I don't think I do volleyball_man, I'm from Canada.

L6D1 - 19 reps

Well I consider last week my "week at a significantly lower level", even though I didn't really do any exercising. I took it off to heal my tendon in my thigh, as well as to recover from my paintball injuries hehehe. Paintball was a full body workout in itself. :)

I'm back in full swing with a modest improvement in my L6D1 record. Huuuaaa.

L6D2 - 4:51

AHAHAHAH yes. :)

Major difference was I was able to do the pushups without failure. Last few reps on the 5th set were tough but no pauses were needed. That bought me the time I needed.

L6D3 - 7:25

Pushups killed me again. The pullups were done in just over 2 minutes.. but the pushups took me almost 4. I did the first 30 reps in one shot but was only able to muster 2-3 reps at a time afterwards, with large breaks. The squats were easy.

L6D1 - 21 reps

Yay I broke the 20 rep barrier! It always seems like the next level is going to be impossible, but I keep surprising myself.

L6D2 - 4:48

I wasn't even sure if I was going to make it below 5 minutes today, as I'm quite hungover. Somehow I still managed to improve upon my time from last week though... I guess I'm just a machine.

You are a machine :D

You're looking at a level-up here though!

no level yet, that's his D2 time, and judging by the previous week, I am guessing at least 2 more weeks at L6 before a level up.
