You're right, that's why I do it too. I knew it would work certain muscles a bit more than in other grips, just not which ones specifically. :)
I just feel like I'm cheating a bit because they're easy.
Mind you, the difference in difficulty between the various grips has narrowed SIGNIFICANTLY since I started this program. Just goes to show you my body is balancing the muscle groups a bit. :D
