If you want video tape yourself doing doing day 2 no rest and or day 3 a couple levels below your normal so people can see you tear through them!

I can look into that. I don't have a very good camera, and I do my workout in the laundry room so getting a good angle may be difficult.

I almost requested a video in my previous post to you. I'd like to see you work so taifun and I know what we're up against!!!

The first sentence was serious.

L6D7 - 9:53

I was going to make a video of myself today (with a different workout) but my dad borrowed my camera for the weekend.

The L-Hangs were much easier than the time I remember doing them last, although I still can't quite get a right angle going.

L6D8 - 32 minutes 16 seconds

Wow this day is such a monster...

For time:
30 lunge
30 Push up
30 pull ups
30 dips
30 l-hang
30 back extensions
30 plank
30 squat
30 hand stand push ups
30 inverted pull ups

I couldn't even come close to full range of motion for the hspu's at the end - just made 30 attempts. The pull ups at the end probably took me over 5 minutes themselves, which really slowed down my time. I was contemplating just skipping them, but I tried a set and was able to do 8 off the bat so I said "might as well do 30 then" haha.

man, wish I'd found simplefit when I was 21 instead of 33...keep it up, you're a machine!

have you thought about trying crossfit, or are you going to stick to this?

My intention was to eventually move to crossfit. This program is working so well for me I'm going to milk it for as long as I can. Maybe I can get to level 8?

I've been considering learning some of the techniques used in crossfit. I might mix the two together. I definitely will wait a while before "crossing" over completely.

Well I did L3D3 on a video today.. but it's just over 100 megs so I'm having trouble uploading it to YouTube.

Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions? I've tried a bunch of different things but I keep running into some sort of road block.

Use something like VirtualDub to break it apart into smaller files?

Is there a limit on eyespot? You can string the clips together there.

I managed to convert/compress it using Bink and uploaded it to YouTube:

I wasn't able to get Premiere going to edit the sideways rotation, but I'm sure it's still good enough. :)

L6D9 - 13:52

Was able to do 10 hspu's in a row today for the first set.. not too shabby. I also got to try my pull-up bar attachment that lets me do wide grip pull-ups, as it shipped to me a couple days ago. I definitely feel different muscles working harder which is great.

Did the Tabata exercises today (past day 9).

5 pushups, 4 pull-ups, 10 second l-hang, 20 squats

Total score: 39

This just kills me. I'm out of commission for the rest of the day I think, hehe. *drinks some Bailey's*
