L7D1 - 12 reps

I added 2 extra pounds to my usual 12 to make it a total of 14 lbs. of extra weight. That slowed me down by a couple of reps, but it was still manageable.

I went really hard the first few reps but it took me 6 minutes to do the last one. I was well on pace to smash my record but I just ran out of juice. Damn hehe.

This was without any extra weight, I was making an attempt for < 5 minutes to move up a level. Looks like I'm not quite there yet.

The workout feels different without the weighted vest. My muscles are tired in a different way.

I found the hand stand push-ups were easier when I put my hands closer to the wall. This workout felt pretty good, the regular exercises were getting a little boring.
