Wow that was a nice jolt to my system. I couldn't really do the handstand push-ups properly, I had to face the wall and it was quite difficult.

The one legged squats were quite difficult to balance as well.

try facing away from the wall, to start the range of motion will be limited.

I didn't do that this time because I felt uncomfortable getting into a handstand. I did a little google search and I found:

I'm going to practice that to get comfortable for the next time.

Good choice full rom is the most important thing you can gradually add more resistance.

Also I'd like to add that I'm currently very busy working full-time, taking two summer classes, and working on a couple businesses. Somehow I've managed to keep a girlfriend through it all too.

If it wasn't for this very time-efficient workout I don't know what I would do. Thanks again Kevin.
