I was actually able to attempt all of the hand stand pushups, although the range of motion was still limited. This day really hurts your abs.

Was hard to get back in the groove today. I'm sure improvement next week will be easy.

Going to post progress pics once I get my camera back.. maybe this weekend.

I actually had to pause for the push-ups a few times in the 4th and 5th sets. This is most likely because I mowed my lawn for a couple hours just before.

Huge surge of difficulty from last level. My dog and the u-20 world cup were also distractions. :)

ack. I fell apart on the last set, namely the pushups. I really need to focus on getting more sleep, as it has been lacking lately. It is almost surely the cause.

Good workout today. 20 definitely feels within reach for next week.
