L4, W11, D1 - I'm really hoping to get to the next level soon. Day one is starting to get tedious and its hard to stay motivated when the workout isn't challenging. Today I put on the radio to keep myself from getting bored, got 24 rounds (+1). If I'd been pushing myself, there was a lot of potential to eliminate time between the exercises, if I had desired to do so. On the bright side, form stayed consistent the whole time due to my leisurely pace.
On the negative side, I'd hoped to gain a little weight over the holiday but instead managed to lose a pound. How does that work?! I'm guessing it's probably due to my recent switchover to veganism (no ice cream, cheesy appetizers, cake, mashed potatoes, etc at family events)
