Vegan is a hard route for weight gain. Do a Google search on "vegan athlete". There are people out there doing it very successfully.
Thanks for the advice. I hadn't really thought of looking up how athletically minded vegans do it, since most of my vegan friends are happily sedentary.

If you want to beat the level, you will need to get near 30 rounds on Day 1. I always beat Day 3 when my Day 1 is around 30.
I'll keep this in mind and try to push harder on day one, then. I would really love to move up soon!
L4W11D2 - Times were 1:12, 1:10, 1:09, 1:04, 1:06 for a total of 5:41 (-:26), a new PR. I felt like I was rushing the squats a little, I'll try and slow 'em down next week.
