I am a 20 year old college kid and have generally been athletic my entire life. I went to college, drank a lot of alcohol, smoked a lot of hookah and ate real bad. I put on about 15 pounds of fat and lost most of athletic ability. My goals are to turn into a fitter, leaner young man while still drinking and smoking. I know this will make my progress slower but I have to be rational, I won't give those vices up. I plan to eat a lot better (sucks to start during the holiday season lol) to make up for the continued bad habits. I am 6 ft 185 lbs. I want to keep the weight, but turn it into muscle. I am going to start D1L1 tomorrow. This will be supplemented with running three times a week for ROTC pt (almost useless since we only run 2-3 miles.) Wish me luck mates
