I have been looking for a training program like this all my life, even if I didn't know it. It fits so perfectly with what I wanted in a training program it's like this website was specifically made just for me!
Current stats:
Age: 27
Height: 6 ft 2
Weight: 105 Kg / 231 Lbs
And so it begins:
Week 1 - L1D1: 23 rounds
(23 Pull ups, 46 Push ups, 69 Squats)
Did 8 rounds without stopping. Then started doing 2 sets resting in between until 20 minutes were up.
