Greetings and salutations to the simplefit community. I have just finished my 3rd week of simplefit, but have not posted anything until now, so I'll post the first three weeks at one time here and hopefully keep the log updated weekly.
L1 D1 - 29
L1 D2 - 4:37 (forgot I was supposed to rest between sets)
L1 D3 - 3:03
L2 D1 - 29
L2 D2 - 7:37 (Did not rest the full 3 minutes between sets, just until I felt able to go again, maybe a minute between sets. I think I'll continue to do this and just use 3 minutes as a no longer than guideline)
L2 D3 - 5:37 (so close)
L2 D1 - 31
L2 D2 - 7:39
L2 D3 - 3:20 + 3 mile run (L3 here I come)
I usually run on the days in between my simplefit workouts.
