I've been looking to get in fit, and this seems like a good plan to follow to get me in shape, after I finish this program I plan to do starting strength and attempt to learn the beast skills.
Edit: I should mention that I'm doing standard pullups, palms away on a total gym.
L1D1: 22 Rounds.

L1D3: 3 min. 52 seconds
Had a little trouble near the end.
Did all pullups consecutively, had to break the pushups in half (never have been good at those), and did all the squats consecutively.

I was thinking I'd do level one again, but as it was so easy this week I think I'll move on to level two.

Disappointed myself today, we'll see how the rest of the week goes before I judge myself too harshly.

I too am worried about leveling up with low rounds. I do not have much endurance and I killed myself on L1D1.
I am thinking of taking it a bit easier. 18 rounds is great! I bet your times are going to be better than you think on D2 and 3.

Well, it WAS indeed lower than I thought, but still higher than I'd like.
L2D2: 4 min. 54 second.
Now we just have to see how I do for day 3. Bleh.
