Week 3L1D1 / 2012-01-17I did my C25K today. I ran 2.75 miles with a 9:30 min/mi pace. Pretty happy with that result.
I managed to squeak out 36 rounds on L1D1 today. Improvement of 2 over last week, but not bad considering I took a run before doing the workout. The first 9 pull-ups I did were clean, no assistance. That is a good sign and I think I will be able to do the 10 pull-ups for Level 1 Day 3 in the next couple weeks. I refuse to go to Level 2 until I can do 10 pull-ups.
Today is also a weigh in day. Weight was 291 lbs. That is 2 lbs less than when I started. My tone and general fitness is WAY up! I feel better and I am making better choices about food (mostly). Once I drop to 275 I will move to weighing myself once a month as I reach for my target of 245. I've also decided that when I hit 245 I am going to pick two new suits for myself to celebrate
