I fasted for the half of Ramadan I was abroad in the Middle East this year...definitely a new experience and not easy to maintain working out!

Thanks guys.

Working out during Ramadan is impossible for me, I'm just too tired. Fasting was from 4:30am until 8:30pm. By the time I settled for the evening and ate it was 9:30. Just wasn't practical to keep it up.

W1L1D3: 7m 41secs. Disappointed but not really surprised. I'm hoping though I'll be back in the swing and improving quickly.

An improvement over last week. Might try all pull ups next week, see how it goes.

So, I had a bad week previous to this one, no simplefit at all, diet went south. Pulled things back a bit this week, I think the rest maybe even did me some good.

W4L1D1: 30 rounds
W4L1D2: Untimed
W4L1D3: 3m 53secs

I'm going back up to L2 from next week.

Next week will be interesting. I'm shifting from a Mon-Wed-Fri routine to Tues-Thurs-Sat. This is because I do pilates on Wednesday and swimming on Friday and it is, for now, too hectic a day. I'm also trying to add in an extra pilates session on Monday. This way I'll be doing some form of exercise everyday but Sunday.

Really tried to beat that D3 but the pull ups slowed me down. Would probably have done it if I had combined pull ups and chin ups but I'm still sticking to only pull ups on D3. Took 2m30s to do the pull ups, if I can improve that I'll be moving up next week.

Thoroughly disappointed to not have beaten 5 mins. Pull ups killed me again, I can do the first 6 straight, after that its all singles. May try a longer rest next time and try and get it in 3 sets. Was so happy with 30 hard rounds on D1 I was sure I was going to move up.

Will take a week off next week, let my body recover a little then hit W9 hard.
