I wouldn't worry about the scale numbers too much, especially if you are seeing improvements in your body visually and performance-wise. Maybe you have been gaining muscle but also losing fat?

You know What guys I think Simplefit will go a long way towards the tone you are looking for. I'm with this in the rotation as well on keeping some cardiology.
