Improved 2 rounds from last week. Still couldn't push it to 30+ rounds. Gotta keep an eye on the diet I guess.

Time taken - 5min 37sec

Will repeat Level 4 next week too.

I'd say leg raises, crunches and sit ups would be my three go-to an excercises, balance with something for the back such as a few planks. Are you looking for more definitions on your tummy? That's What I just wanted to say..
