Improvement is improvement. More importantly, working out is always forward motion in the longer term process.

Adding 4 rounds on D1 is a very nice jump.

You're right KTG. Thanks. Always can use some encouragement. Especially this week since I really didn't want to work out at all. However, I did clear level 3!

D1-L4
18 Sets

I'm super stoked about making Level 4, because honestly I didn't think I'd make it this far before quitting.

Nice job! Getting to level 4 is a great accomplishment. I think as you have more invested in it, it get's easier to keep at it.

Slacked off on posting my logs a bit.

Last week:
L4-D2
7'27"

L4-D3
I missed judgement.

This week:
L4-D1
18 Rounds (0 change)
I pulled a muscle in my right shoulder blade on my last round. Hurt incredibly bad, but it loosened up by Wednesday.

L4-D2
7'07" (-20 seconds)

L4-D3
7'05"

Great times! Especially after pulling that muscle. Be careful!
