Thu. Day 1: 23 rounds chin/alt/pull split
Sat.. Day 2: 6:03 chin/alt/pull split (I did these at home on my kids swing set in the morning before we headed to the lake. With a wide wooden beam, holy crap were my forearms toast for the rest of the day. It really brought a new dimension using more fingertips and forearms to hang on that grabbing onto a bar. I may have to do these more.
Mon. Day 3: did not complete, but went kayak fishing all day and grilled out with company afterwards
***I should note that after my laziness errr "layoff" after week 7, I no longer have any pain in either of my forearms.
