I am a 19 year old guy who's pretty skinny, around 5'9" and 54 Kg(120lbs). Started this workout because i could never be bothered going to a gym and it seems a lot more simple than other ones i've seen online. Other than simplefit, I bike ride nearly everyday(BMX mainly but mountain bike as well) so my legs are pretty strong. I was thinking of increasing the amount of squats I do for every level but only on days that i don't ride, you guys think its a good idea? Or should I just leave the squats at the regular amount so that i don't stress my quads too much?
D1 was kinda daunting since I wasn't sure i could keep going for the full 20 mins but i think it went pretty well.
